WHY POSITION SIZING

               We saw earlier that position sizing is important to protect our capital getting burnt. Is that the only reason why position sizing is important? If yes, why trade then, our capital is safe without trading right.

               So position sizing is not only to protect our capital but also to maximize our gains. So the goals of position sizing should:

1.      Protect our capital top most priority

2.      Maximize gains

A position sizing limiting profit is also a wrong position sizing so it’s important to position size properly.
